A new Rife plasma bulb configuration. The new configuration has directional properties
and measurable energy while in contact mode as picture below at frequencies
in the 7,000 Hz range at a distance of up to 8 feet as compared to a maximum
of 6 feet while running much lower frequencies from the double bubble! This problem has led to an entirely to two entirely new grounding device that allow for comfort and control of energy output through the ground without switching down the energy of the bulb.
