What are the differences between the bulbs?

Our bulbs are designed to serve different purposes, each offering unique benefits and specifications. Here is an overview of the main types of TrueRife bulbs and their differences:

Crystal Hammer Bulb

  • Bulb Type: The Crystal Hammer is our starter bulb, designed for overnight use.

  • Applications: You can place this bulb on your headboard, nightstand, or you can make direct skin contact with it.

  • Frequency Range: On it's own, the range of the Crystal Hammer extends 18-24 inches. When paired with the Jackhammer Amplifier, the range increases to 3-4 feet.

Overnight Tornado Bulb

  • Bulb Type: A more powerful overnight bulb with a flexible, protective shield.

  • Applications: You can place this bulb on your headboard, nightstand, or you can make direct skin contact with it.

  • Frequency Range: On it's own, the range of the Overnight Tornado extends 3 -4 feet. When paired with the Jackhammer Amplifier, the range increases to 6-7 feet.

SuperNova Bulb

  • Bulb Type: A high-intensity daytime bulb designed for full body saturation.

  • Frequency Range: On it's own, the range of the SuperNova extends 6-7 feet. When paired with the Jackhammer Amplifier, the range increases up to 14 feet.

Reliever Bulb

  • Bulb Type: Our most popular contact bulb, the Reliever is designed for direct skin application.
  • Application: Place the Reliever Bulb directly on your skin, positioning your body between the bulb and the ground mat.

Mini Reliever

  • Bulb Type: A milder version of the Reliever Bulb. The Mini Reliever Bulb is a contact bulb that covers less surface area.
  • Application: Place the Mini Reliever Bulb directly on your skin, positioning your body between the bulb and the ground mat.

Beauty Bulb

  • Bulb Type: This contact bulb is designed specifically for micro areas including acupuncture points and skin issues.
  • Application: Place the Beauty Bulb directly on your skin. If using the bulb for facials, apply your favorite skin cream first.

Vortex Bulb

  • Bulb Type: This contact bulb is designed for hand/wrist issues.
  • Application: Place your hand or wrist directly inside of this bulb.

How does TrueRife work?

TrueRife works by combining our F-122 Frequency Generator with our software to deliver the frequencies through either a footbath or bulb application.

Here's a quick rundown:

  • Set Up: You'll need the F-122 Frequency Generator and either a bulb or the Ion Pro Wave, depending on your needs.
  • Choose Your Program: TrueRife Software has a library of 2,400 programs. Select the program that best suits your needs.
  • Start a Program: Make sure the generator is set to the correct mode (bulb or bath) and start the program to begin your frequency application.

What is a program?

A program is a set of frequencies in the TrueRife Software. Each program is made to tackle specific issues or goals.

How do I know what program to run?

Our TrueRife Software is a database with over 2,400 programs and counting. You can use the search tool in the software to find a specific program amongst our large selection. If you need further assistance, our support team is just an email away.

How can I connect with someone who uses TrueRife?

Are there any contraindications for using TrueRife?

Contraindications include having a pacemaker, defibrillator, neurostimulator, being pregnant, and children under 10 years of age.

What are the requirements to run TrueRife software?

Our TrueRife software is compatible with Windows (10 & 11) and MacOS (12 or higher). Please note that the software is not compatible with Chromebooks, tablets, most anti-virus software, or computers in S-mode.

What is the lifespan of TrueRife Bulbs?

The lifespan of TrueRife Bulbs varies depending on maintenance and usage. Many customers are still using their original bulb from their first order over a decade ago. If a bulb is knocked over and breaks, it will need to be replaced. Proper care of the wires, including avoiding stress and damage, can extend the life of the bulbs. However, wire repairs may be needed after long-term use.

How long does the Ion Pro Wave last?

The Ion Pro Wave can last between 40 to 100 uses, depending on various factors such as the amount of salt used, the specific programs run, the type of water, the conductivity of the individual using the module, and regular cleaning maintenance. Proper care can help extend the module’s lifespan, but eventually, the internal components will corrode, requiring a replacement.

What is the frequency range?

TrueRife offers two methods for emitting frequencies: bulbs and footbaths through the Ion Pro Wave module. The bulbs can emit frequencies up to 12,000 Hz, providing targeted frequency therapy. In contrast, the Ion Pro Wave emits frequencies up to 2,000,000 Hz.

How long until I get my TrueRife package?

We’re located in Houston, TX, and shipping usually takes around 3-5 business days, depending on your location. We’ll get your order shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving it. TrueRife packages do not require a signature.

For orders outside of the continental US, please contact our customer service team for accurate shipping delivery times and costs.

Do you ship internationally?

We are pleased to offer international shipping for our customers. Please note the following:

  • Increased shipping costs may apply to your order.
  • International orders must be placed via email (support@truerife.com) as our website is unable to calculate the shipping costs properly.
  • International customers are responsible for paying duty and tax on their orders.
  • We do not ship to Mexico.

Where can I track my order?

Once TrueRife receives your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your main inbox.

What if an item is missing from my package?

If you notice something's missing from your package, please let us know within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Just reach out to us at support@truerife.com or call us at (269) 382-5820. Please have the paper copy of your invoice from the package ready when you contact us. We’ll help sort everything out for you. Thanks for your understanding!

Do you offer practitioner training?

At this time, TrueRife does not offer training, certification, or mentorship. If you have any questions or need support, feel free to reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

What is involved with performing maintenance?

Computer Maintenance:

  • Update your Windows or Mac Operating System when prompted.
  • Unplug your laptop once it is fully charged to avoid overcharging.
  • Organize your cords and make sure they are not stressed.

F-122 Generator Maintenance:

  • Always plug the F-122 into a surge protector.
  • Do NOT touch the front panel while a program is running, except when turning the power on or off.
  • Never unplug or plug in bulbs or the footbath while the generator is on.
  • If you're outside the US, use a step-down transformer.
  • Do NOT run bath programs through the bulb.
  • Avoid using programs that go beyond TrueRife's duty parameters.

Bulb Maintenance:

  • Handle bulbs with care to avoid stressing the wires or breaking the glass.
  • Do not apply pressure to the bulbs, as broken glass is not covered under warranty.

Ion Pro Wave Maintenance:

  • Avoid dropping the Ion Pro Wave tip in water.
  • Do not over salt the footbath. Only use 3/4 tablespoon of salt.
  • Avoid using water with high iron content as fuse issues can occur.
  • Clean the module after 15-20 uses. Muriatic acid is effective at removing the buildup that can reduce conductivity when running programs. Vinegar, however, doesn’t work for this purpose.

Grounding Maintenance:

  • Keep cords organized and avoid putting stress on them.
  • For cotton grounding products, remove the cord before machine washing in warm water on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, whitening detergents, or essential oils. Do not dry clean.
Why does the water change color in the footbath?

The Ion Pro Wave can change the water color due to electrolysis, and this can be influenced by several factors: your body’s conductivity level, the frequencies used, the mineral content of the water, the type of salt added, and the lifespan of the Ion Pro Wave. Each of these factors affects how the ions interact with the water, leading to various color changes.

As long as you see the water color changing in your footbath, it means your Ion Pro Wave is still working properly. The color change is a sign that the electrolysis process is active.

Can I get my F-117 serviced?

The F-117 Generator has been discontinued since 2018, and is no longer eligible for repairs or service. If you are having troubles with your F-117 Generator, contact TrueRife via phone call or email.

What are your repair instructions?

Should you need to send in a TrueRife product in for a repair, give us a call or visit our troubleshooting page.

To help us get your repair handled as quickly and smoothly as possible, please include a note with the following details:

  • Your Name & Contact Information: Include your name, phone number, and email address for any follow-up needs.
  • Brief Summary of the Issue: A quick description of the problem you're experiencing. This information helps our repair technician address your repair right away.

Important Shipping Tips:

  • F-122 Generator: Please remove the USB cable before shipping, as leaving it plugged in can cause damage during transit. If you're experiencing a “Generator Null” error, send the USB cable along with your generator.
  • Ion Pro Wave Module: Ensure it’s completely dry before packing. Moisture can cause damage that is not covered under warranty.
  • Laptop: Please clean your laptop before sending it in. Devices with excess dirt, grease, or crumbs may incur a cleaning fee. Make sure it is at least 50% charged and include your charger and any necessary password.
